This is a scam that relies on charging your debit card at the time of reservation and later have the car refused. Numerous clauses are designed for that purpose. When that happens you lose your entire payment. In my case I offered the same card for the deposit, it had sufficient funds and the rental company could have locked the required sum, but they refused to accept it. I have previously used the card for rentals with no trouble. There was nobody from rentalcars.com available to talk to at the time I was at the car company desk, around 11pm, I got a message to call the next day. The sum for the entire rental period was charged at the time of reservation, and no refund has been given.

They denied my claim because I didn't report the problem within 5 days of first noticing it. They also kept restating the nature of my complaint to make it sound like I was reporting an uncovered problem. I repeatedly corrected them, to no avail. I purchased the warranty through La-Z-Boy, which I thought was a reputable retailer. I am now taking my complaint directly to the CEO of La-Z-Boy. The only way to stop unethical companies like Ultrashield is to get retailers to stop selling their useless warranties. I would love to see numbers showing what percentage of claims they actually cover as I suspect there is the basis for a class action lawsuit

My article belong to mobikwik fraud and unethical money transfer site, that even not provide its any customer care contact number and physical postal address for doing openly their fraud activity with their consumer through running fake promotional schemes. I bough Microsoft lumia 640 mobile from flip kart. Their was an offer from mobikwik, when anybody will do activate purchased lumia 640 from flipkart, there will be preloaded mobikwik app in mobile. Just do login or register on app and add rs.200 one time in a month in this online wallet app with coupon code MOBILUMIA for next five month and you will get extra bonus rs.200 as cash back whenever you add money with same coupon. It means in five month I will add rs.1000 and I will get bonus rs.1000 extra. I done same at first month, I add rs. 200 with coupon and surprisingly I received rs.200 extra as bonus and in its second month happen same thing but at its third month all stress full pathetic activity began when I add my hard earn rs.200 with coupon it approved and done transfer my rs.200 in its mobikwik online wallet from my bank account but I not received my extra bonus rs.200.
Than I done contact to its only available message service and described my problem their. They issued complaint ticket number 3147116 on 07-29-15 and gave reply at 07-30-15, we are unable to provide your extra bonus money because you can do apply coupon only with your money transfer once in a month and you done it already.
Than I done contact again because I was not satisfied with their irresponsible answer.
Then they issued complaint ticket number 3210727 on 08-01-15 and gave reply at 08-04-15, we are unable to credit cash back manually. Do try again with adding more money.
Than again I done contact because I though their was a hope in me that they will do solve it in any way. They issued again a complaint ticket number 3232729 on 08-04-15 and gave reply at 08-09-15, we understand that your transaction was unsuccessful. Be informed that it was due to an up-gradation. Try again after some time with more money.
Than again I done contact because this time I knew it’s a fraud site and playing game with me. They issued complaint ticket number 3277447 on 08-08-15 and gave reply at 08-10-15, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible for the offer because you not done it through window phone platform. And you did it through website platform.
Now it’s my last attempt to contact Fraud Company through their only available message service because whenever I apply complaint they replied with a new reason every time. They issued once again a complaint ticket number 3314317 on 08-12-15 and gave reply at 08-14-15, we regret to inform you that the coupon code ‘MOBILUMIA’ is no more valid. We have new code for you ‘LUM300’ you have to transfer minimum rs.300 with given code and you will get extra rs.300 as cash back through your lumia 640 mobile. This offer valid for next 12 month like before once in a month through its app.
I applied as they mentioned but it shows again invalid code!
If any bodies help us, please help us from these kinds of branded fraud companies.

Name: Manoj Agarwal Mob: +91-9818039953 Location: Delhi Email:mcamady@gmail.com Don't purchase Sony Bravia LED 32 inch R42, Service engineer, don't have the knowledge about what is the real problem, service is so poor, they commit, they will provide service within two days, but will provide you service when you call 5-7 times per day after 6 days, so bad experience with sony led, Customer executive came and told me, your tv panel is burn, we will replace it, when he was come back after 5 days, again check and told me, your panel is working fine but your motherboard is faulty, engineer don't know, what was the actual problem, after he said i will pull your tv to customer center and will take money 6000 rs+ not exactly, i called many times in customer care executive, they told me, we will replace your panel, which is not faulty and you have to pay for motherboard, because your motherboard don't have in warranty period, when i asked how much motherboard warranty, they told me warranty is only 30 days, of 33k led tv, i was surprised when i listen, after that i finalized i will not take any product from sony, because i have all call records, no one asked your TV is repaired or not and no one even call me. When i checked my TV to local market person, he told me this tv series is bad and mostly tv have this issue, this is manufacturing issue in Sony led and he will rectify within 2000rs within a day, but sony customer care did not resolve the issue in 10 days and asked me to pay 6k-11k and take 8 days more to resolve the issue. I closed the account by paying the balance amount that was 9168/- on 26-05/2015. I got an NOC from Bajaj as well regarding the foreclosure of the account. But they have deducted this month of EMI even after they gave NOC to me and closed the account, and they don’t have a Customer Number where I can call, there is an email id that is wecare@bajajfinserv.in I have emailed them but no-reply at all.

Venue:- Plot No.-66 Sector-15 Near Allahabad Bank / Vaishali Metro Station Vasundhara Ghaziabad U.P. There is no such thing called interview, you would meet one person called Mr Mittal and he would ask for Rs 6100 and will convince you that he has links in different companies and will guarantee a job in one week. He will also give you a customer care no. of Raj Pandit who does not even understand English and never picks up his phone. Request the candidates to avoid this trap.Jobs Cafe located in plot 66, sector 15, Vashundhara, Ghaziabad is a totally fraud company. they are just cheating. Actually buying these products is a waste of money My product stopped working on 4th day. Refurbished, cheap price only lasts for few days. No support/ protection plan from Greendust/ seller. Below is the comparison of buying from Greendust as compared from buying from any other trusted site: Beetle Data card cost 440 (before applying coupon) It worked only for 4 days and then stopped working. Warranty covered by Greendust - ONLY for 3 Days This product is available on other trusted site at 1100. The product is 100% authentic, new and covered by some protection plan. Please share this across so that instead of buying refurbished product at cheap price, buy authentic product at slightly more than double its price from trusted site, which will last long and also covered by payment protection plan. Horrible Pune experience: CRN 7804338 i have booked a cab from Chikhali -Pune to drop Railway station on 12aug 2014. got confirmation from Customer service team that i will receiving drive number 1 hour prior to journey but have-not raised any number commutation till last movement than i called up and request for drive number then they have informed that they cannot provide cabs from Chikhali area. Total Fraud company Would never suggest OLA cabs to any one and people who believe them would be wasting their time and energy. People without professionalism. Sincere message to OLA cabs is first you understand what is customer requirement and then start giving service. With this kind of attitude I dont believe you guys could survive in the market. Who is going to bear my loss... Will the OLA management pay for my loss, never. Ola cabs should be banned. They should not roam on the streats.

This incident happened today(23rd FEB 2015) around 7:30 to 8am in RagiGudda near Pai Comfort Traffic signal. My father was taking a U turn. he saw OLA cab of yours who did not have control speed approaching him. He saw and applied Breaks . But OLA cab even then dashed and like a coward run away. Car is damaged badly. Driver has to pay for it. Request you to please take action. I will be approaching the traffic control as they will be having record as it happened near the traffic signal. Paypower prepaid card, took my refund and have not issue me a card they said it takes up to 7-10 business days but it been 23 days since I applied for my refund. I receive my tax refund on February 4th and I also received a email confirming that I should have received my card. I never got one. I called their customers services over 10 times and they gave me four different stories. One day they said it would arrive on this day and then I call again they say a different day. I can't keep doing this I need my money. I already filed a complaint with BBB. MY next step is to turn to my local news station.
