EMI DEDUCTED EVEN AFTER FORECLOSURE OF ACCOUNT AND GETTING NOC

Dear Sir, I have used Bajaj Finserv Lending service to buy Consumer Good, the loan was upto 8 months with EMI 4584/- per month. I closed the account by paying the balance amount that was 9168/- on 26-05/2015. I got an NOC from Bajaj as well regarding the foreclosure of the account. But they have deducted this month of EMI even after they gave NOC to me and closed the account, and they don’t have a Customer Number where I can call, there is an email id that is wecare@bajajfinserv.in I have emailed them but no-reply at all.

I need you help to look into this issue as this is sheer fraud.

FRAUD BY JOB PLACEMENT TO CHARGE MONEY

Here is a fraud company called Jobs cafe /Exact Jobs (S.C.Services Pvt . Ltd.) registered with timesjobs, Shine.com promising jobs. They ask the jobseeker to appear for the interview at Interview Timing:- 10 to 2 PM Location:- Delhi / Noida / Greater Noida / Ghaziabad / Gurgaon. Venue:- Plot No.-66 Sector-15 Near Allahabad Bank / Vaishali Metro Station Vasundhara Ghaziabad U.P. There is no such thing called interview, you would meet one person called Mr Mittal and he would ask for Rs 6100 and will convince you that he has links in different companies and will guarantee a job in one week. He will also give you a customer care no. of Raj Pandit who does not even understand English and never picks up his phone. Request the candidates to avoid this trap.Jobs Cafe located in plot 66, sector 15, Vashundhara, Ghaziabad is a totally fraud company. they are just cheating. They will ask you the money 6100 and promise to provide job in MNC company but they never provide anythings just makes fool to candidate. so beware about this fraud consultancy.

South delhiI have also received a letter from them for an interview in a Multinational company but after seeing the content in the letter I understood that it is a fraud consultant like Maa Kamakhya in Nehru Place.

Don’t know why people are like this in India, we transfer the money on trust, and following up with them like fool to get the money back.
I would recommend the people who are cheated to go register the case with the cyber crime cell, vigilance cell and register a formal FIR against them.this is what anyone can do, if they found that they are being cheated.good luck.Today (05.June -2015), there was a “so called” interview conducted at Interview Venue:- Plot No. 65/66 Sector-15

SOME DAYS BACK,I UPDATED BY RESUME AT SHINE.COM AND I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM LIGHT UP HR SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED ON BEHALF OF SHINE .COM FOR CONDUCTING MY INTERVIEW IN SOME REPUTED COMPANIES AND AFTER TWO DAYS I MET SOME OF THE OFFICAL OF LIGHTUP HR SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED AND THEY HAVE ARRANGE A TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW WITH TECH MAHINDRA AND CHARGE RS 3200 (I HAVE THE RECEIPT). SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM TECH MAHINDRA OR LIGHT UP HR SERVICE P LTD.
